Photo etching

• Offers remarkable cost reduction for an initial setting because photo etching does not require high tooling charge.
• Without burrs, distortion and work hardening photo etching realizes excellent surface flatness.

Electro-forming

• Highly accurate perforation of micron order
• Exceptional hardness of Hv450 to 550

Micro press work

• Super minimum tolerance of perforation
• Smooth mirror-like finish inside wall of a hole
• Various hole shapes
• Sharp edges when needed

Mirror polishing

• Mirror finish on stainless steel and Nickel belts
• Available for plates, strips and endless belts.
