DYMCO at 12th Highly-functional Material Week TOKYO in 2021 at Makuhari Japan
Our theme was imprint molds. We make them by tiling. This is why the center board at our site is ‘TILING ROLL.’
TILING ROLL Sign in the center of the boothThis is Imprint Mold made by tiling and inserted into the core. The outside nickel sleeve is 0.15mm thick, Φ286mm, and 400mm in length. Minute patterns of microstructure is made in the center of 400mm. This transfers microstructure on the film continuously.
Other products also attracted visitors. One of them was our vacuum conveyor.
Belt is 100 mm wide and vacuum is active at 65mm-wide area. Vacuum holes are φ0.7mm. C-C is 506 mm. Very good at conveying very thin material like sheets like films and paper with flat state yet without any tension on those works.
